Project "RESOURSE - Productive and Effective Collaboration for Stabilizing the Role of the Structures of the Civil Society" is directed to achievment of the following common target: Stabilizing the capacity of Structures of the Civil Society /SCS/ from small and meduim municipalities in Lovech region for a dialogue and effective collaboration with the state administration.
